Our Fees Explained
No Win, No Fee
We operate on a no win, no fee basis.
If your complaint is successful, we charge up to 28% of the total compensation awarded.
For example: If you receive £1,000 in compensation, our fee would be £280 including VAT, and you would receive £720.
If your complaint is not successful, you will not pay us anything.
Our Fees Explained – No Win, No Fee
Our fee is no more than 28% of any compensation awarded following a successful claim.
For example, if we recover £1,000 in compensation, our fee would be £280.
Please note that compensation may sometimes be used by your credit provider to reduce any outstanding balance, arrears, or debts you owe.
Our fee is calculated based on the total amount of compensation awarded, but it will never exceed the FCA monetary cap for the applicable redress band.
No fee is payable unless your claim is successful.
Examples of how fees are applied
• Redress in the form of a cash payment
If you are awarded £3,000 in cash compensation, our fee would be 28% of £3,000 (£840).
You would receive £2,160.
• Redress in the form of a reduction of debt
If your lender reduces your debt by £3,000, our fee would be 28% of £3,000 (£840).
Your debt would be reduced by £3,000.
• Redress in the form of both cash and a reduction of debt
If the total compensation is £3,000, made up of £2,000 debt reduction and £1,000 cash, our fee would be 28% of £3,000 (£840).
Your debt would be reduced by £2,000, and you would receive £160 in cash.
