Frequently Asked Questions
Is your service No Win, No Fee?
Yes. We operate on a no win, no fee basis.
If your claim is not successful and you do not receive compensation, you will not be charged for our services.
What are your fees?
If your claim is successful, we charge up to 28% of the total compensation awarded.
For example:
If you receive £1,000 in compensation, our fee would be £280, and you would receive £720.
Our fee is calculated based on the total compensation awarded, regardless of whether the compensation is paid to you directly or used to reduce any outstanding balance, arrears, or debt.
If your claim is not successful, you will not pay us anything.
Important information about fees
Compensation may be applied in different ways. For example, it may be:
Paid directly to you as a cash payment, or
Used to reduce any outstanding balance, arrears, or debt
If part of your compensation is used to reduce a debt and the remaining cash amount is not enough to cover our fee, we will explain your options before you decide whether to proceed.
Examples of how fees are applied
Cash payment:
If you are awarded £3,000 in compensation, our fee would be £840, and you would receive £2,160.
Debt reduction:
If your lender reduces your debt by £3,000, our fee would be £840.
Mixed outcome:
If the total compensation is £3,000 (for example, £2,000 as a reduction of debt and £1,000 as a cash payment), our fee would be £840.
We will explain how the fee is to be paid before you decide to proceed.
How long does a claim take?
On average, a claim takes between 8 and 16 weeks from the date the lender acknowledges the complaint. However, delays can occur if the lender does not investigate the complaint within the required timeframe. If the lender rejects the claim, it may be referred to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS). In these cases, no fixed timeframe can be guaranteed, as the investigation is handled by the Ombudsman.
